Deborah E. Padilla, LMSW, is a social worker who specializes in nature and adventure therapies. She focuses on anxiety, depression, and trauma with psychodynamic theory and has extensive experience working with individuals, children, families, and groups in various natural and traditional settings. 

 

Deborah is a Ph.D. candidate in Social Weflare with a Master's in Social Work from Yeshiva University, a Certified Trauma Professional, and a licensed New York State Department of Conservation Hiking Guide incorporating integrative approaches in her practice to improve the quality of life for others.

 

She is the author of Bear In Mind, a children's book on how to manage anxiety.
